Language is the tool of leaders.  In this workshop we will explore the transformative power of language and how communication is more than a set of skills.  This workshop links the importance of having an attitude of inquiry, finding the commitment and strength in others with practicing good communication skills.

This workshop is designed to support supervisors and managers to be agents of change by learning practical strategies to listen deeply, to ask meaningful questions that promote reflection and understanding, speak with heart, and give clear and valuable feedback.
