The success of a presentation or class for adult learners is greatly determined by how accurately you know your audience and aligning the goals and objectives of your presentation with the strength and needs of your audience.  This workshop will help you plan and present your content to ensure your adult audience is fully engaged.  A systematic approach for meeting the diverse needs of adult learners through the 4 Audience model will be presented.  A variety of practical assessment and engaging presentation strategies will be demonstrated and experienced. 

Participants will learn:

•  strategies for assessing the strengths and needs of the audience both prior to and during your presentation. 

•  to prepare and present information to 4 types of adult learners using the 4 Audiences model.   

•  practical instructional strategies, tools and alternative approaches to presenting information to engage and meet the diverse needs of adult learners.
