Constant Hine

Bio-Introduction

Constant Hine is a nationally recognized dynamic, motivational and inspirational speaker, coach, adult educator, consultant and author. She brings a practical and "down-to-earth" style to her presentations, consulting and books.

She educates and coaches early childhood professionals to provide meaningful engaging learning experiences, to use diverse teaching strategies based on Multiple Intelligences, and to deepen the quality of interactions and communication that ensure successful learning and sustainable change for both children and adults.

Constant is also a Breakthrough Coach supporting individuals and teams to transform stress, increase their ability to proactively respond to challenges, positively navigate change, and foster respectful relationships to ensure successful outcomes and collaborative teamwork. She has been coaching individuals and work teams for more than 15 years. She has also developed a Coaching For Success Program to deepen and broaden the skills of coaches, managers and supervisors.

She has an MA in Teaching/ECE from Nova University in Ft.Lauderdale, FL. She has over 25 years experience in the field of education. She has been a classroom teacher, mentor teacher and supervisor. As a coach, consultant and adult educator she has had the opportunity to work with teachers, families and managers in programs, schools and companies throughout North America.

She has owned her own consulting company Horizons In Learning since 1988 and currently lives in Denver, CO.
